Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in Real Estate located in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will be tasked with overseeing the sales operations, managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring targets are met. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, preparing and presenting sales reports, and conducting market research to stay updated with real estate trends.

• Leadership and Team Management abilities
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical skills and ability to conduct market research
• Proficiency in using CRM software
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
