Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles, managing candidate relationships, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining a pipeline of top talent, utilizing various recruiting strategies and tools, and overseeing the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Ability to manage candidate relationships and coordinate with hiring managers
• Proficiency in utilizing various recruiting strategies and tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in talent acquisition and human resources is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
