Senior IT Talent Acquisition Recruiter (On Contract)

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter professional to join our new IT Tech Center in Hyderabad (Hitech City) on a 1-year contract (with possible extension).

What you’ll do :

Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level niche roles

Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization

Support other Talent Acquisition initiatives as an individual contributor

Campus recruitment with good connections with B-Schools etc.

Drive hiring for large GCC recruitment projects

What we’re looking for :

Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in technology and large GCC hiring, campus recruitment.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to work independently and deliver results in a hybrid work environment

Location : Hyderabad (Hitech City)

Contract Duration : 1 year (with possible extension based on performance and business needs)
