Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , including sourcing, screening, and counseling candidates.
• Source candidates through field activities including job fairs, walk-in drives, and community networking.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and employer requirements using CRM tools .
• Partner with colleges, skill centers, and local institutions to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Promote the company’s employer brand across communities and local events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws during all hiring activities.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in field recruitment, campus hiring, or mass hiring.

Strong networking and interpersonal skills.

Good communication and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work independently and travel extensively for recruitment activities.

Familiarity with MS Office and basic recruitment tools.

Graduation in any discipline; additional certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition are a plus.
