As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a Lead Recruiter & Business Development Consultant with proven experience in recruitment sales within the energy sector to expand our client portfolio and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within oil & gas and renewables companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (HR, Talent Acquisition, Project Managers, Procurement, and C-level executives).
- Develop tailored recruitment solutions to meet client needs.
- Manage the full business development cycle — from prospecting and proposal writing to negotiation and closing deals.
- Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and sector developments to identify opportunities.
- Meet and exceed revenue, margin, and KPI targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales within recruitment , ideally focused on oil & gas, energy, or technical sectors .Strong client network within EPC contractors, IOCs, NOCs, or oilfield service companies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Target-driven with a track record of meeting / exceeding sales goals.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong commercial acumen and market awareness.
