Job descriptionTo identify, source and secure both long-term and short-term B2B business opportunities. To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases per the sales strategy. To look after client retention by ensuring customers’ ongoing expectations are met. To manage day-to-day sales activities, including meetings, Sampling, proposals, prospecting and market development. To support the service team by providing customer feedback. To develop good client relationships. To assist with debt collection. Achievement of Gross Monthly Revenue Target as mutually set. Achievement of New accounts / month Collection for the first three months for the newly acquired business Client retention & Complaint handling Fluency in both verbal and written English. Fluency in the spoken Hindi & Marathi languages preferred. Good Interpersonal & Networking Skills Ability to communicate effectively Ability to negotiate with clients Ability to achieve targets Computer Skills Any Graduate (Any stream) / PG Experience required : Minimum 2 years in Sales and a Maximum of 3 Years.
