Role Overview- We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead brand partnerships, drive revenue growth, and manage a team of B2B sales executives. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, proven leadership skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of B2B sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle : lead generation, pitching, negotiation, closure, and post-sales support.
Identify, pitch, and on board new brands and corporate clients for celebrity endorsements and influencer-led campaigns.
Establish strong and lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and conduct regular reviews to enhance productivity.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, campaign management, operations) for smooth campaign delivery.
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and market insights to unlock new growth opportunities.
Represent Tring at industry events, networking forums, and key brand meetings.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
8–9 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Brand Partnerships, or Corporate Sales (preferably in Media, Advertising, Entertainment, or Influencer Marketing).
At least 8 years of team management experience.
Strong network of brand and agency contacts is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mind set with target-driven orientation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
