Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver lectures on pharmaceutical subjects such as Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, and related areas.
- Design and implement curriculum, lesson plans, and lab experiments.
- Supervise and guide undergraduate and postgraduate students in research and academic projects.
- Prepare, administer, and grade examinations and assignments.
- Participate in academic and professional development activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and research.
- Publish scholarly articles, attend conferences, and contribute to institutional research output.
- Mentor students on academic and career guidance.
- Ensure compliance with university and accreditation standards (e.g., PCI, AICTE).
Qualifications :
M.Pharm or Ph.D. in a relevant pharmaceutical field.Teaching or industry experience is preferred.Strong communication and presentation skills.Familiarity with latest developments in pharmaceutical education and research.Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the collection strategy for Home Loans and LAP across multiple branches in the assigned zone.Monitor and control delinquency in the HL and LAP portfolio to meet collection targets.Coordinate with regional teams and collection agencies for timely recovery of dues.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory norms (RBI, NBFC, DRA guidelines, etc.).Conduct regular performance reviews of collection teams and agencies.Handle high-ticket accounts and escalated cases directly.Analyze zone-level MIS, delinquency trends, and portfolio health.Train and motivate field collection teams to improve efficiency and productivity.Qualifications :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.7–12 years of experience in retail collections (preferably in HL / LAP products).Excellent knowledge of recovery tools, legal procedures, and regulatory compliance.Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.Skills Required
