Required Skills & Experience :
- 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in P&C Insurance (Policy, Claims, Billing, or Underwriting systems).
- Hands-on experience in system integration, data migration, or modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of insurance data models, ACORD standards, and downstream interfaces.
- Experience working with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, Insurity, or other P&C platforms is highly preferred.
- Ability to create data mapping, use cases, process flow diagrams, and gap analysis documentation.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, and SQL (for basic data validation).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with cloud migrations (AWS, Azure) or API-based integrations.Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; insurance certifications (e.g., CPCU, AINS, CBAP) are a plus.
