What you’ll do
Concept, script, and ship video-led campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging formats.Rapidly prototype creatives, test variations, and scale what works.Use AI tools for research, ideation, copy, editing, repurposing, and performance insights.Build content systems (series, pillars, templates) that are consistent yet experimental.Collaborate with design, product, and growth to turn ideas into measurable outcomes.Track performance, learn loudly, iterate weekly.What you’ll bring
A portfolio / reel or project links that show taste, storytelling, and execution (uni projects count!).Comfort with short-form video (shooting or directing), basic editing chops, and a strong sense of pacing.Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., for scripting, captions, cuts, or analytics) or the drive to learn them fast.Bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, and obsession with audience insight.Bonus points
