Job descriptionMaintain and update employee records and HR databases. Support payroll documentation, attendance tracking, and compliance processes. Help draft offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents. Contribute ideas and assist in organizing team engagement activities and events. Support internal communication initiatives and culture-building campaigns. Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning sessions. Gather feedback and analyze participation reports. Help coordinate performance review processes. Assist in gathering and compiling feedback from managers and team members. Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year). Strong interest in Human Resources and people operations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace tools. ₹7,000 monthly stipend. Hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations. Opportunity to work on live projects and learn from industry professionals. Certificate of Internship upon completion. Full-time offer for top performers post-internship. 📌 Position Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Intern for a 3-month internship program. This role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in HR, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to impactful people operations. Outstanding performers will receive a full-time offer upon successful completion of the internship.
💸 Stipend : ₹7,000 / month
📆 Duration : 3 Months

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Draft and post job descriptions across multiple job portals and social platforms.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
