Job descriptionTranslate Business requirements into Product technical requirements. Customer experience and feedback integration Analytics for product performance tracking 5-6 years of experience in product management or as a Product Owner, particularly in automotive product development with a focus on electric vehicles, including BMS and chargers. Strong understanding of customer needs and product design principles. Proven experience in fast-paced, growth-driven environments. Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach. Expertise in market research and trend analysis to shape product vision and strategy. Experience in developing product strategies and roadmaps.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate the product roadmap.
- Prioritize product features and initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Gather and integrate customer feedback into product planning and development.
- Support the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless process.
- Align cross-functional teams around the product vision and execution plan.
- Prioritize features based on customer impact and business value.
- Make trade-off decisions to balance customer needs with business goals.
- Work closely with business development to define feature requirements and user experience.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure technical specifications are met.
