What will you do

As a Client Servicing Intern , you'll act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams. If you're organised, a great communicator, and eager to learn the ropes of digital marketing—this role is perfect for you!

Key responsibilities

• ????‍???? Client Communication : Understand client needs, address queries, and maintain strong relationships.
• ???? Campaign Coordination : Collaborate with business, creative, and tech teams to launch and manage digital campaigns.
• ???? Performance Tracking : Use tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or dashboards to monitor campaign performance.
• ???? Reporting : Build clear and concise performance reports for clients.
• ???? Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• ???? Upselling Support : Identify opportunities to offer additional services and create more value for clients.

Who we are looking for

• Final-year students or recent graduates (0–6 months experience).
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or affiliate marketing .
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and a good team player.
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar marketing tools.

Bonus Point if you have

• Prior internship experience in a digital marketing agency or affiliate network .
• Knowledge of affiliate platforms or campaign tracking tools.
• Interest in data, trends, and problem-solving .
