Job description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly planning relevant to the role's core functions (e.g., sales, operations, finance, etc.).
  • Execute assigned tasks with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Monitor and report on progress, identify gaps, and take corrective actions where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in relevant systems or tools.
  • Provide support in customer or client interactions, as applicable.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and other organizational initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and any relevant regulatory requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 0–2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., sales, finance, operations, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Commerce, Computer Science, etc.).
  • Familiarity with tools or systems relevant to the role (e.g., CRM software, Oracle, UiPath, MS Excel).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Certification(s) in relevant areas (e.g., RPA, Accounting, Sales, etc.) will be an added advantage.
