  • Drive health insurance business through agency / bancassurance / retail channels
  • Recruit, develop manage advisors or POSP teams for policy sales
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and ensure revenue growth
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high policy renewals
  • Ensure adherence to IRDAI norms and internal compliance policies
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and claim support
