We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts in India. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving sales growth and developing effective marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to drive performance and results.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee market research and analysis to inform decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance and marketing effectiveness to senior management.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Skills and Qualifications
18-20 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a leadership role.Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and SEO best practices.Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategies.Strong leadership and team management skills.Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Skills Required
