We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing & Sales to lead our Digital Marketing and Sales teams across all residential projects of Saiven Group. This is a strategic leadership role requiring vision, execution excellence, and a passion for delivering results in a competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and manage the in-house Digital Marketing Team and Sales Team .
Develop and execute marketing strategies to sell Saiven's residential projects
Drive sales performance across all residential projects, meeting and exceeding targets.
Oversee digital campaigns, lead generation funnels, and brand-building initiatives.
Collaborate closely with project, design, and CRM teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Analyse market trends, competition, and customer feedback to fine-tune strategies.
Represent Saiven at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.

What We're Looking For :

8–12 years of experience in marketing & sales, preferably in real estate or premium lifestyle sectors.

Proven track record in leading teams and delivering high sales conversions.

Strong digital marketing expertise with a data-driven approach.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
