Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Fundraiser role based in New Delhi. The Fundraiser will be responsible for generating donations through effective communication, building relationships with potential donors, and representing partner NGOs. The role involves engaging with individuals and organizations to convey the vision of supported non-profits, following up on donor leads, and achieving fundraising targets. The Fundraiser will play a critical role in maintaining transparency and inspiring public contribution toward meaningful causes.

• Sales, persuasion, and fundraising skills to drive donor engagement
• Presentation and public-speaking skills for engaging with potential donors
• Ability to strategize and execute campaigns effectively with attention to detail

• Basic proficiency in using technology and reporting tools
• Prior experience in fundraising, sales, or community outreach is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field is an advantage
