Job descriptionBachelor's or Master degree In HR or related Field. Strong Knowledge of US IT Recruitment. 2 + Years of experience US IT Staffing. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Specialist with expertise in Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- End to End recruitment for IT Positions across various technologies.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Referrals and networking)
- Manage Employee Onboarding, Documentation and orientation process.
- Assist in performance management, employee engagement and retention.
- Handle Employee relations, grievances and conflict resolution in alignment with companies policies.
Key Skill & Qualification
Duration : Full Time
Salary & Incentive : The Best in the industry (Based on Experience)
Time : 06 : 30 PM to 03 : 30 AM
