Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused L1 Support Engineer to provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, networks, and basic IT infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting, configuration, and installation tasks to ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Desktop & Laptop Support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, operating systems, and basic applications.
- Provide end-user support for hardware / software issues.
- Networking Support
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Assist in configuring access points and resolving connectivity issues.
- Shared Resource Management
- Configure and manage shared folders with appropriate access rights.
- Surveillance & Security Systems
- Perform basic CCTV installation, setup, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with biometric attendance system installation and configuration.
- Customer Service & Ticketing
- Act as the first point of contact for IT-related queries.
- Log, track, and resolve incidents within agreed SLA.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.1–2 years of experience in IT / Desktop / Network support (Fresher with knowledge can also apply).Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and hardware troubleshooting.Familiarity with network concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches).Hands-on knowledge of CCTV and biometric system setup is an added advantage.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work under minimal supervision and provide quick resolutions.Bike is mandatoryShow more
