End User Support / Desktop Support Engineer (L1 Engineer) - Airport

We&aposre looking for End User Support / Desktop Support Engineers to join our team at various airport locations across India. As an L1 Engineer, you&aposll provide technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Hardware Support : Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals
• Software Support : Assist users with software and applications, including operating systems and productivity suites
• Network & Systems Support : Support network systems, help users with connectivity issues, and manage user accounts
• User Assistance : Respond to support requests, resolve day-to-day functionality issues, and provide guidance
• Maintenance & Management : Perform tasks like provisioning and decommissioning hardware, managing software updates and patches
• Required Skills :
• Technical Proficiency : Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), hardware, and common software applications
• Troubleshooting and Problem-solving
• Communication and Customer Service
• Time Management and Organization
• Eligibility :
• Any graduate with 1 year of experience
