We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience.
  • Assist in creating and updating FAQs and knowledge base articles.
