We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in customer service and will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently through various communication channels.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development of customer support processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Education

    PGP, Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX), Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A), PGDM, Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), Master of Public Administration (MPA), Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A), Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS)
