SMS Deliverability Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic SMS Deliverabilty Mnaager to join our team. In this role, you will lead our SMS Deliverability Consulting practice, overseeing a team of deliverability consultants while defining and implementing SMS deliverability strategies for our enterprise clients.

Strategy & Consulting

• Act as the in-house expert on SMS deliverability , responsible for monitoring delivery rates, latency, and operator-level performance across key markets (India, Middle East, Japan, SEA).
• Partner with enterprise clients to design and execute SMS deliverability strategies that maximize reach and engagement while ensuring compliance with local telecom regulations.
• Stay ahead of carrier policy changes , DLT regulations , and global messaging standards to ensure consistent deliverability and throughput.
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Success , Product , and Engineering teams to define deliverability best practices and optimize messaging performance.
