Job Description :
Technical Service Manager (TSM) acts as a trusted technical advisor in the safeguarding and optimization of customer investments into the managed cloud environment. TSM governs managed cloud customer relationship management from a technical perspective, while advocating for the customer. TSM will work as a team with CDMs and cloud internal service delivery to serve and delight the end-customers, by providing quality services to satisfy their needs and resolving technical complexities throughout their entire lifecycle in cloud environment.
Migration
Skill Set :
- Strong SAP Basis & infrastructure experience of minimum 6 to 8 years
- Should have minimum 2 years of hands-on experience on SAP Migration projects and cloud integration knowledge
- Should have knowledge on Hyperscalers – Azure, AWS & GCP
- Prior experience with Enterprise cloud services & SAP RISE Migration would be an added value
- Certification on SAP Migration would be added advantage
- Required to work during weekends to support cutovers
Upgrade
Skill set :

Strong network administration experience of minimum 6 to 8 yearsExpertise in at least one hyperscaler technology (Azure / AWS / GCP)Solid knowledge and demonstrable experience in customer network infrastructure, HA & DR solutions, connectivity, LB, NSG, DNSCustomer facing experienceAbility to work effectively as a virtual member or a dynamic and dispersed teamExcellent communication both verbal and written in English (additional languages would be an added value)
