- Writes, tests, and documents technical work products (e.g., code, scripts, processes) according to organizational standards and practices
- Devotes time to raising the quality and craftsmanship of products and systems
- Conducts root cause analysis to identify domain level problems and prescribes action items to mitigate
- Designs self-contained systems within a team's domain, and leads implementations of significant capabilities in existing systems
- Coaches team members in the execution of techniques to improve reliability, resiliency, security, and performance
- Decomposes intricate and interconnected designs into implementations that can be effectively built and maintained by less experienced engineers
- Anticipates trouble areas in systems under development and guides the team in instrumentation practices to ensure observability and supportability
- Defines test suites and instrumentation that ensures targets for latency and availability are being consistently met in production
- Leads through example by prioritizing the closure of open vulnerabilities
- Evaluates potential attack surfaces in systems under development, identifies best practices to mitigate, and guides teams in their implementation
- Leads team in the identification of small batches of work to delivery the highest value quickly
- Ensures reuse is a first class consideration in all team implementations and is a passionate advocate for broad reusability
- Formally mentors teammates and helps guide them to and along needed learning journeys
- Observes their environment and identifies opportunities for introducing new approaches to problems

Minimum Qualifications :

Experience of SAP configuration (SAP ECC 6.0 EHP for HCM, FI) a must have :
SAP HCM (Payroll) configuration as well as OM, PA, experience with FI / CO; full SAP System life-cycle implementation; BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation), SAP S / 4 HANA working knowledge as well as HCM business process knowledgeMust be able to articulate and communicate technical issues and solutions to a non-technical audience : Gathering of SAP RICEFW and determination of customer solutions; Strong knowledge of HCM business processes including payrollDocument process diagrams, business process flows, knowledge management documentsSupport SAP Payroll configurations including integrations with FI, Employee Central and other non-SAP systemsCreates / maintains reporting metrics and procedure documentation, to ensure consistent and accurate handling of problems and ensure SLAs are achievedProficiency in payroll processes, payroll clusters, off-cycle payments, 3rd party remittance, benefits, garnishments, and process modelsExperience with SAP Payroll functional application knowledgeHands-on experience with PCRs and SchemaSupport SAP payroll interfaces with 3rd party systems such as Success Factors, Tax applications, FI / COExperience with SAP S / 4HANA migration, business process transformation and application supportDesign solutions to support data migration, integration, monitoring and reporting requirementsCollaborate with technical and functional teams to define, design and execute solutions that meet business and technical service requirements, identify and manage dependenciesKnowledge of SAP batch job scheduling and ALE and IDoc configurationsDevelop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate configurations and functionalitiesConduct system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing to ensure system reliability, accuracy, and performanceStrong knowledge of change management best practicesNice to have :
