Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process claims related to Property Casualty, Motor, Airline, and Marine sectors.
• Investigate and assess the validity of claims by gathering relevant information and documentation.
• Communicate with clients, insurance agents, and other stakeholders to resolve claim issues.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation regarding claims for record-keeping and auditing purposes.
