Job description

Must to have : -

Ideally 5-8 years of hands-on experience on Microsoft Windows components.

  • Expert-level understanding of Microsoft Intune.
  • Expert understanding of modern Windows client Operating Systems
  • Strong understanding of computer networking principles (e.g. TCP / IP, DNS, firewalls) and mobile

networking principles (e.g. GSM, LTE, Wi-Fi)

  • Strong understanding of IT security principles.
  • Good understanding of PowerShell scripting skills.

    • Good to have : -

  • Excellent report-writing and documentation skills, good verbal communication.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability with extensive hands-on IT support experience, both back-end and

    • user-facing

  • Experience within the financial services sector and / or a global organisation
  • Ability to solve complex issues, good at problem statement analysis and solution design thinking
  • Confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences
