Strategic Initiatives Manager

We’re hiring a Program / Sr. Program Manager on our Careers Outcomes team to help us deepen these connections across the startup ecosystem.

This role is about building long-term trust with People / TA leaders , hosting conversations and events, spotting hiring needs ahead of time, and being a bridge between what startups need and the operators we’re training—not transactional hiring, not high-volume placements.
