Role Description
This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role for someone who wants to work closely with the Founder–CEO and help build Quantility AI into a leading global strategy and AI consulting firm.
The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic advisor and operating partner to the CEO, driving clarity, focus, and execution across the firm. You will work on high-priority initiatives spanning strategy, go-to-market , business development, partnerships, operations, and people.
Key responsibilities include :
- Partnering with the CEO on strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making across key business areas.
- Owning the Go-To-Market (GTM) plan for key offerings — helping shape the GTM strategy, defining target segments, value propositions and channels, and driving it through to execution in collaboration with sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
- Managing and tracking high-priority projects , ensuring clear milestones, ownership, and timely execution.
- Coordinating cross-functional work between consulting, sales, product, and operations to ensure alignment and momentum.
- Preparing market research, competitive analysis, and executive-level presentations for clients, investors, and internal reviews.
- Supporting the CEO in stakeholder communication (clients, partners, advisors, and core team).
- Identifying operational bottlenecks and driving process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
This role offers a fast-track pathway to leadership , with the potential to evolve into a Co-Founder–level position for the right candidate.

Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills :Strong ability to structure problems, perform market and business analysis, and support data-driven decisions.Project and Process Management :Experience managing cross-functional initiatives, tracking progress, and ensuring on-time delivery.GTM and Execution Orientation :Exposure to or interest in designing and executing go-to-market plans , working closely with sales and marketing, and translating strategy into concrete actions.Leadership and Communication :Strong ownership mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders.Research and Presentation :Ability to conduct deep-dive research, synthesize insights, and build crisp, senior-ready presentations.Adaptability and Independence :High degree of self-motivation, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-evolving environment.Desired (not mandatory) :Background in consulting, startups, strategy, AI, or technology-led businesses;MBA or advanced degree preferred.
