Role Overview

As a Program Manager , you’ll be the bridge between strategy and execution. You’ll own high-impact programs across operations, growth, and product, ensuring initiatives move from concept to delivery with speed, clarity, and alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive planning, execution, and delivery of key cross-functional initiatives across operations, supply chain, and partner management.
• Translate business objectives into detailed project plans with defined timelines, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
• Identify bottlenecks, preempt risks, and enable faster decision-making across stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with business heads, product, and analytics to design scalable processes and performance dashboards.
• Conduct weekly program reviews with senior leadership, tracking progress against OKRs.
• Institutionalize frameworks and best practices for governance, reporting, and execution efficiency.
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring all teams deliver on targets without losing sight of overall business goals.
