Key Responsibilities :
Transaction Leadership
- Lead the execution of M&A, equity financing, and other strategic advisory services within the designated sector.
- Oversee end-to-end transaction management, ensuring timely execution and strategic alignment with client goals.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and guidance to clients on critical financial decisions.Business Development
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the firm's market presence and service portfolio.Identify new opportunities within targeted sectors and contribute to the firm's revenue growth.Financial Analysis & Valuation
Supervise the development of detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and client presentations.Ensure accuracy, rigor, and consistency in all deliverables.Team Leadership & Development
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.Lead by example to drive performance and uphold the firm's professional standards.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with other teams and departments to cross-sell services and deliver integrated client solutions.Market & Regulatory Insight
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to guide advisory strategies.Contribute to thought leadership and represent the firm at key industry events and forums.Qualifications :
Minimum of 12+ years of investment banking experience.Proven track record in leading and closing high-value M&A and equity transactions.Strong leadership experience managing teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and strategic problem-solving skills.Robust professional network and deep sector knowledge.Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.MBA, CFA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred.Skills Required
