Key Responsibilities :

• Capital Raising : Lead end-to-end execution of debt syndication, structured finance, and private equity fund-raising mandates.
• Equity Transactions : Drive pre-IPO placements, IPO planning, and investor readiness initiatives, including valuation, positioning, and capital structuring.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with promoters, merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth deal execution and compliance.
• Regulatory & Disclosure Oversight : Oversee preparation of offer documents, financial models, and statutory disclosures required for capital market transactions.
• Strategic Advisory : Advise promoters on strategic business positioning, growth capital strategy, and long-term funding roadmaps.
• Leadership : Build and lead a high-performing investment banking team; develop institutional relationships across banks, funds, and intermediaries.
• Market Intelligence : Track market trends, investor sentiment, and sectoral movements to identify new deal opportunities and optimize client positioning.

Candidate Eligibility - CA / MBA / CFA with 15+ years of experience
