Role Summary
Support client servicing managers in delivering corporate events and gradually take ownership of smaller mandates. Ideal for detail-oriented professionals looking to grow into senior servicing roles.
Responsibilities
Maintain trackers, meeting notes, follow-ups, and vendor coordination.
Assist in preparing client decks, proposals, budgets, and reports.
Handle logistics : travel, crew scheduling, vendor confirmations.
Be on-site during events — manage checklists, backstage, and guest experience.
Liaise with design & creative teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
Take charge of smaller projects under supervision.
KPIs
Accuracy & timeliness of reports / trackers.
Reduction in escalations and last-minute misses.
Client feedback on responsiveness.
Smooth execution of assigned tasks.
Skills & Experience
2–3 years in client servicing / event management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable with Excel / Sheets and PM tools.
Resilient in high-pressure event environments.
Eager to learn and grow into independent account ownership.
