Shift Supervisor

Experience Required : 5-7 yrs in production

Education : Graduate Engineer

Job Description

• Communicate to the team on good housekeeping practices and also ensure hygiene & cleanliness at shop floor in line with company policies
• Provide inputs to the Production Manager regarding the manpower Area incharge, numbers for operators, contract employees, temporary employees and labourers as required to enable planning of resources and work schedules.
• Update and monitor ERP(ISDN, FOCUS,BARCODE) regularly and accurately (as required)
• Reports from SCADA and analysis.
• Work on improvement projects such as Kaizens , 5S
• Pre audit prepration plant level, CAPA, DCM.
• monthly reports like production, mass balance,stock statement,actual vs BOM,MRM(as required)
• Ensure that shift wise production targets are met and provide inputs to the Production manager and Planning for the next shift targets
• Give and take Proper HOTO during shift change
