Shift Engineer

Job Description :

• To manage and monitor technical operation on daily for all utilities like DG, Transformer, Elevators, Chiller, AHUs, UPS, pumps and HT / LT panels.
• Preparing 52 week PPM calendar for all technical assets & tracking the same.
• AMC Co-ordination with all Agencies.
• To follow daily maintenance checklist for all critical equipment.
• Approaching to zero maintenance of all critical equipment.
• To check & monitoring the energy consumption of water & electricity.
• To make sure that all equipment are operated as per S.O.P.
• Assist Client / Facility Manager to Prepare MIS / MMR Report on monthly basis.
• Co-ordination with local authorities (municipality, Fire Brigade, Police, Electricity supplier) in consultation with FM (ISS) & CLIENT for the respective site.
