Experience - Business Partnering / HR Analytics / CHRO's office / TM CoE, Minimum 5 Years in a large Manufacturing set-up

Commercial Controlling & Strategic Program Management

AI Adoption in HR, Data Analytics & Executive Reporting

Liaison with CMD & Director’s Office on Strategic HR Needs

Organization Design, Workforce Planning & Job Evaluation

Compensation Strategy, Salary Benchmarking & Annual Planning

Performance Management, Rewards Process, Promotions & Internal Movements

Succession Planning & Talent Pipeline Management

Qualification - MBA in Human Resources with 5-7 Years experience
