Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Chennai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations and grievance redressal, conflict management, leave and salary implementation, performance management, and compliance. The HR Manager will also oversee training and development, policy implementation, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure a positive workplace environment.

• Proven Leadership and Team Management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in retail or hospitality industry is a plus
• Counselling and conflict management
• Salary starts at INR35,000+ based on experience level.
