Educational Qualification : Any Bachelors or Master’s Full time.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Experience in building data-driven survey-based solutions including frameworks, questionnaires, and action plans.
• Linking analytics results with Behavioral Science / Industrial and Organizational Psychology concepts.
• Working knowledge of basic / advanced statistical and machine learning methodologies in the workforce analytics space.
