Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through both project / channel segments .
- Engage with Consultants, System Integrators, and End Customers to promote Digisol products.
- Build and manage strong relationships with Distributors, Dealers, and Channel Partners to ensure consistent sales growth.
- Generate and maintain a project pipeline ; ensure Digisol product empanelment in upcoming projects.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for customers and partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving both project and channel business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, order processing, dispatch, and payment collection .
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to support business planning.
- Execute promotional activities and channel engagement programs in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, meetings, and achievements.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of Networking / Structured Cabling / Passive Infrastructure industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Excellent relationship-building and business development abilities.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools .Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
