Roles & responsibilities :

Drive life insurance sales in bank branches
Build strong relations with bank staff
Do daily branch visits and customer follow-ups
Provide product training and support to employees
Activate branch banking sellers and meet activation targets

Required Candidate profile

Mandatory 1 year exp. in life insurance direct channel.

Age between 22 to 32 years

Ability to motivate & drive performance
