Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes. The recruiter will collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs, maintain candidate databases, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the recruiter will participate in creating recruitment strategies and promoting company's employer brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes
• Knowledge of creating recruitment strategies and promoting employer branding
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and databases
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the finance or trading industry is a plus
