Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bulk hiring processes for various client requirements.
• Hands-on experience in vendor management and job portals like Naukri / Indeed
• Build and maintain a strong network of vendors and manage vendor performance to
• ensure timely closures.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a smooth
• onboarding process.
• Maintain daily / weekly recruitment reports and dashboards.
