We're looking for a Senior HR Recruiter who can own the hiring process end-to-end and help us bring in exceptional talent. You'll collaborate with hiring managers, understand team needs, and design smart sourcing strategies that deliver results.

Manage the full recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and create hiring plans.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across functions.

Use diverse sourcing channels (LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, networking).

Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience at every stage.

Track and share recruitment metrics to improve efficiency.

Mentor and support junior recruiters.

Strong recruitment skills with the ability to manage multiple roles at once.

Clear communication and relationship-building skills.

Comfort with ATS platforms and digital sourcing tools.
