What You Bring In
- 4 + Years of experience working with Performance Marketing / Advertising and Programmatic Advertising Technologies (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, Deal IDs, RTB etc)
- Understanding and Experience working with 3rd Party Tracking platforms (MMPs) such as Appsflyer, Branch, Singular, Adjust etc
- and able to analyze data, troubleshoot issues with tracking parameters
- In-depth knowledge of ad-server, ad networks and the online advertising industry
- Comfort with Microsoft Excel and ability to consolidate information and work with multiple data points
- Experience in setting up campaigns and managing the campaign performance independently
- Understanding of Google Ad Manager / ad-server and campaign configuration on such ad-servers
- Understanding upper funnel (brand messaging, calls to action) and lower funnel (direct response, conversion) campaign tactics
- Knowledge / keeping track of the latest trends associated with online marketing like PMP, RTB, Video, App and Native advertising operations
- Experience optimizing campaigns to perform against brand awareness and direct-response KPIs (VCR / viewability / CPA / CPI / CPL etc)
