Job Description : Cleanroom Administrator
The Cleanroom Administrator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, documentation, compliance, and support activities within the cleanroom facility. This role ensures that all cleanroom operations meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards while supporting engineering, production, and maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and maintain cleanroom access control, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
- Need to complete documentation such as the factory license and Pollution Control Board approvals.
- Manage cleanroom gowning supplies, issue materials, and ensure proper gowning protocols are followed.
- Maintain and update logs, records, and documentation as per SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit incident reports in accordance with established protocols.
- Coordinate with facility, EHS, and quality teams to ensure compliance with safety and contamination control standards.
- Handle material movement in and out of the cleanroom, ensuring compliance with contamination control guidelines.
- Coordinate with external vendors / contractors for cleanroom-related services and maintenance.
- Prepare reports on cleanroom usage, consumable stock levels, and compliance deviations.
- Provide administrative support for cleanroom-related audits, inspections, and certifications.
- Oversee chemical waste management in compliance with third-party agreements and regulatory requirements.
