About the role

We’re looking for an Account Manager – Customer Success to help trial users see value fast and turn into long-term, paying customers. As we scale, making this journey smooth, effective, and outcome-driven is mission-critical — and that’s where you come in.

You’ll be the go-to person for helping trial users succeed — showing them more value at every step, guiding them through setup & unlocking quick wins, making customers true fans of BiteSpeed.

What you’ll do

  • Own relationships with trial users — make them successful and true fans of BiteSpeed.
  • Drive trial conversions by engaging users early, understanding their goals, and showing them a clear path to value.
  • Proactively unblock stuck accounts and get them back on track.
  • Lead high-touch onboarding and activation — especially for high-potential users.
  • Use your customer success skills to guide setup, adoption, and ultimately, conversion and account expansion.
  • Partner with product, sales, and growth teams to share insights and improve the overall trial experience.
  • Monitor account health, usage patterns, and engagement signals to spot opportunities and act fast.
  • What makes you a good fit

  • You genuinely like helping people and feel fulfilled when your customers succeed.
  • You have 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role where you’ve driven outcomes and revenue.
  • You like being consultative, talking about ROI, business outcomes, and what “success” actually looks like.
  • You have a genuine interest in conversations with people from different backgrounds to learn about their lives.
  • Salary and Location

    Location : Bangalore
