We are hiring
Customer Success Managers
to join our team remotely from
India .
This hands-on role involves both
strategic onboarding
and
technical customer support . You will work closely with new and existing clients to ensure their success — from implementation and training to ongoing support and optimization. You’ll need to be ready on day one with a solid understanding of B2B SaaS processes, workflows, and customer success best practices.
⏰ This is a
full-time remote role requiring work during U.S. business hours
(typically 6 : 00 PM to 4 : 00 AM IST).

What You’ll Do Onboarding New Customers (Implementation)
Business Consulting : Hold meeting / s to discover and document each client’s business needs
Solution Engineering : Discuss potential solutions internally and get customers’ approvals. Configure the approved solution in the software and validate with test cases
Training : Deliver training to stakeholders (owners, directors, admins)
Go Live Help : Serve as a trusted consultant during rollout
️ Ongoing Support
Provide Tier 2 / 3 support on business issues (e.g., finance, administration, reporting, child development outcomes, BI / AI tools)
Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with the dev team when needed
Strengthen relationships with customers by understanding their evolving goals
What We’re Looking For
Experience in
Customer Success, Client Onboarding, or Account Management
for a B2B SaaS product
Strong
business communication
and
problem-solving
skills
Experience in the
childcare or education industry
is a strong plus
The ability to work
independently
and follow structured workflows
Availability to work
full-time during U.S. business hours
(IST evening / night shift)
