Job description

Tars is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will drive value for our existing customer accounts through strategic engagement, technical guidance, and proactive relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding & Implementation : Guide customers through solution implementation in collaboration with our solutions team, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption
  • Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders and internal product / technical teams to facilitate integrations, deployments, and issue resolution
  • Proactive Account Management : Conduct regular check-ins with customers to provide data-driven insights, identify opportunities for value creation, and ensure product adoption
  • Business Reviews & Value Demonstration : Lead quarterly and executive business reviews to showcase ROI, align on success metrics, and demonstrate measurable business impact
  • Strategic Advisory : Analyze customer data and usage patterns to recommend optimizations, propose solutions to business challenges, and identify opportunities to enhance customer outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, including technical support, product support, or account management
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Technical proficiency with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), and project management tools
  • Understanding of AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), and generative AI applications
