Tars is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will drive value for our existing customer accounts through strategic engagement, technical guidance, and proactive relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding & Implementation : Guide customers through solution implementation in collaboration with our solutions team, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption
- Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders and internal product / technical teams to facilitate integrations, deployments, and issue resolution
- Proactive Account Management : Conduct regular check-ins with customers to provide data-driven insights, identify opportunities for value creation, and ensure product adoption
- Business Reviews & Value Demonstration : Lead quarterly and executive business reviews to showcase ROI, align on success metrics, and demonstrate measurable business impact
- Strategic Advisory : Analyze customer data and usage patterns to recommend optimizations, propose solutions to business challenges, and identify opportunities to enhance customer outcomes
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, including technical support, product support, or account managementExperience with project management methodologies and toolsStrong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsAnalytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reportingTechnical proficiency with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), and project management toolsUnderstanding of AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), and generative AI applicationsWhat We Offer
