Job descriptionDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and aligning company offerings with their needs. Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the engagement process. Provide detailed product or service information to clients and address their questions or concerns. Analyse client requirements and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement in products or services. Assist in creating and maintaining sales materials, presentations, and documentation for effective client communication. Coordinate with operations and support teams regarding client queries and issues, ensuring timely responses. Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction levels through surveys, feedback, and direct communication. Minimum of 1 year of sales or client-facing experience; B2B Enterprise Sales exposure is advantageous. Graduation is a must; MBA is a plus. Team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in English and Malayalam. Effective presentation and consultative selling skills. Strong people skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Experience in solution selling, particularly in cross-selling within enterprises, is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Demonstrated experience in sales or related customer service roles. Strong organisational and time management capabilities. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Collaborative team player with a results-oriented mindset.
